Yet again I’ve neglected this blogging site.  I have a four-day weekend to celebrate my grandson’s 4th birthday – and to do some more writing.

This little tyke as been a constant source of entertainment and I love that he is in my life on a daily basis.

He’s always interrupting me when I’m writing but I wouldn’t have it any other way.  He comes and sits on my lap and makes me put on videos or let him type or read to him.  He’s brought we a worlds-worth of joy.

So Happy Birthday to my grandson, Elijah!  I love you young man!

On the writing end of the scale, I’m still working hard on the new book, a prequel to The Crystal Crux series.  It will be a single character POV story which will be a departure from the multi-level POV novels I’ve written before.

I thought to have the new book completed before the holidays, before the new year but I think I may just wait for an early 2019 release date.  I still have a lot of work to do but with Elijah’s cooperation and input, we will get it done!

And remember – a self-published author’s best advertisement is word of mouth from supporters and fans.  If you like the books in The Crystal Crux series, please share them with your friends and family.  Books make great gifts.  You can gift ebooks as well.
