is exactly 828 years after the Tenth day in my book series.
The year was 1198.

Hope this provided a cool overview of the books for those who have already read the series, and I hope it might have sparked some people’s interest to give the books a try.
Epic dark fantasy for adults.
Multiple points of view and story arcs.

On day TEN, Pero has a big decision to make. The dragon Ophis is positioning himself to destroy the world, but Anthea is dying in Parthenope. He can’t stop the dragon and save her. What does he decided to do?
Anthea is blind, numb and fading, yet she hasn’t lost hope in Pero. She’s still convinced he will come for her.
Rugerius makes it back to Parthenope broken and mortally wounded to face Sinibaldus, his father Gherardus and his brother Talento. What happens when all these evil forces vying for power collide?
And how is the black dragon Ophis so near to getting the final Crystal and ending the world.
This is it. The end.
The following excerpt is from Rugerius trying to get back inside the city. Something is wrong. People are fleeing Parthenope in droves while the black tents of Sin Circus burn beneath Vesuvius.

The older patrolman approached the cart. Rugerius struggled and lifted his head a few inches. “Your name soldier?”
“Lorenzo Ricci,” the older stated.
“Lorenzo,” Rugerius commanded, “take us to the palace immediately.” Weak, unable to hold the pose any longer, Rugerius collapsed and groaned.
Lorenzo issued the command and the others started clearing a path. Tomas jumped back in the cart as the pace quickened.
The via continued to get more congested the nearer they got to Parthenope. Cambio realized they wouldn’t have gotten much further without the armed escort. Still his lips kept praying. “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death…”

Hope you enjoyed reading about each of these days.
August 13 – August 22, 1198.
I’ll give you one more excerpt below.
Stay inspired and keep reading!

Humbled and still confused, Pero asked Avenel, “How can I do both? How do I stop the dragon and save Anthea?”
Avenel sighed, “You can’t. That’s what happens in life. We all reach a crossroad. You can only serve one road. You must choose a path and leave the other one behind.”
